An Application for Marriage must be completed at least 72 hours prior to the time of the wedding. When applying for a marriage license, both applicants must be present, in addition to a witness over the age of 18. Please review these instructions by

Certified Copy of Marriage License
- Complete the "Application For A Non-Genealogical Certification Or Certified Copy Of Vital Record," which can be accessed by pdf CLICKING HERE(754 KB) .
- You can either bring completed form to the Clerk’s Office at Borough Hall (1 School Street, Peapack, NJ 07977) with your photo ID (i.e. Driver’s License) or
- Send completed form with a copy of your identification, must be a photo ID (i.e. Driver’s License), and proof of residency if different than what is on your ID to: Registrar, Borough of Peapack and Gladstone, PO Box 218, Peapack, NJ 07977.
- Certified copies are $10.00 each. Checks should be made payable to Borough of Peapack and Gladstone.
