The Bernards Township Health Department has scheduled a COVID-19 testing clinic for Thursday, March 4th, 2021 at the Borough of Peapack and Gladstone municipal building in the gym located at 1 School Street in Peapack, NJ starting at 9:00 a.m. The PCR test for Covid-19 will be performed by WellCare.

Testing is fast, safe, and efficient and takes approximately 5-10 minutes. Positive results of the lab test will be delivered by phone and a hard copy is available upon request. WellCare will provide client with information on how the result can be obtained.

All participants must remain in their vehicle until their appointment time and wear a mask or face covering during registration and testing. To be tested, participants need to present a state-issued photo ID or driver’s license for identification and their medical insurance cards if they have insurance. Screening will be conducted which includes answering questions and checking vital signs.

With medical insurance there is no cost for participating in the COVID-19 testing event. Only diagnostic medical services covered by your medical insurance will be performed.
