NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPTION OF UPDATED FARMLAND PRESERVATION PLAN ELEMENT
BOROUGH OF PEAPACK & GLADSTONE LAND USE BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that Land Use Board of the Borough of Peapack and Gladstone (the "Board") will conduct a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at 7 p.m. for the purposes of adopting an updated Farmland Preservation Plan Element.
This public hearing will be conducted with participants at remote locations. The remote conference session will be conducted using the GoToMeeting electronic conferencing service. Interested parties may either connect to this conference by dialing the phone number or connecting via computer. Details of connecting to the conference may be found on the Borough website www.peapackgladstone.org 48 hours in advance of the meeting or by writing the Land Use Board secretary at sjnoll@peapackgladstone.org.
Members of the public are invited to view and participate in the meeting by following the instructions provided. Included on the Agenda will be:
1. Review and Adoption of 2022 Farmland Preservation Plan Element dated November 1, 2022.
Copies of all the items to be listed on the agenda and referred to above will be posted on the Borough’s website at: http://www.peapackgladstone.org minimally ten days in advance of the public hearing. Hard copies will be made available by request to the Land Use Board secretary who may be contacted at sjnoll@peapackgladstone.org.
