Notice of Hearing on Master Plan
Housing Element & Fair Share Plan

Take Notice that the Land Use Board of the Borough of Peapack & Gladstone, County of Somerset, State of New Jersey will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the main meeting room of the municipal building located at 1 School Street, Peapack, New Jersey. Any interested parties and the public may attend this Hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard. The Land Use Board is expected to act on the Proposed Housing Element and Fair Share plan at the conclusion of the Hearing.

Copies of the Proposed Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, and other supporting documents will be posted on the Borough’s website at http://www.peapackgladstone.org minimally ten days in advance of the public hearing. Hard copies will be made available by request to the Land Use Board secretary who may be contacted at sjnoll@peapackgladstone.org.
