Let’s Get Physical: Fighting Metabolic Syndrome

 to be presented March 30th in Basking Ridge

The Bernards Township Health Department in conjunction with the Regional Chronic Disease Coalition of Morris and Somerset (RCDC), Atlantic Health/Morristown Medical Center will sponsor a program entitled “Let’s Get Physical: Fighting Metabolic Syndrome”. The program will focus on how to slow the damage from chronic disease through physical activity and how to maximize the impact of exercise.

The program will be held on Wednesday, March 30th at 7:00 p.m. in the Warren Craft Room at the Bernards Township Municipal Building located at One Collyer Lane, Basking Ridge, NJ. Participation is free but seating is limited.
