Peapack and Gladstone Incidents - Week of 7/24-7/31
Monday 7/25/16 at 7:30 PM - Police reported a wire on fire in the area of Ramapo Way in Peapack. Main St was temporarily closed to traffic. Peapack and Gladstone Fire & Rescue responded and determined that the wires had burned through and the road was safe to re-open. It was deemed that the wire fire was a result of a severe storm.
Tuesday 7/26/16 at 12:35 PM - Police reported a 78 year old male was suffering from general weakness. He was transported to Morristown Medical Center by the Peapack-Gladstone Rescue Squad.
Wednesday 7/27/16 at 6:16 PM - Police reported a motor vehicle crash between a vehicle and a bicyclist on Pottersville Rd at Bodine Avenue. Neither party was injured and no summonses were issued.
Wednesday 7/27/16 at 9:40 PM - Police reported a female was arrested for Hindering Apprehension on a motor vehicle stop. The 23 year old woman from East Orange, provided false information to an officer while on a motor vehicle stop. She also had a warrant for her arrest out of East Orange Municipal Court.
Thursday 7/28/16 at 1:15 PM - Police reported a motor vehicle crash on Overlook Ave at Mendham Rd. There were no injuries and no summonses were issued.
Friday 7/29/16 at 1:10 PM - Police reported that an 80 year old Gladstone woman was transported to Robert-Wood Johnson- Somerset Hospital as she was suffering from general weakness.
Saturday 7/30/16 at 2:15 AM - Police reported that a 33 year old female from Parsippany was arrested for traffic warrants. Initially stopped for speeding on US HWY 206, it was determined that her driving privileges were revoked and she had two active warrants for her arrest out of Parsippany Municipal Court.
