Peapack and Gladstone Incidents- Week of 11/7-11/13/16

Wednesday 11/9/16 1:45 PM - Police reported a two car, rear-end motor vehicle crash on Rt. 206 at Pottersville Rd. There was moderate damage to both vehicles. No injuries were reported and no summonses were issued.

Wednesday 11/09/16 10:27 PM - Det. Paul Morris stopped a vehicle for speeding on Rt. 206. The operator of the vehicle stated that she was attempting to get to a friend’s residence to assist her with a medical emergency. Det. Morris contacted the Netcong Police Department where the victim resides and requested an officer respond to assist. Netcong PD advised that all was well at the residence.

Thursday 11/10/16 2:16 AM - Police along with the Peapack-Gladstone First Aid & Rescue Squad responded to a Peapack residence for a report of a medical alarm. Upon arriving Police located the resident who had fallen and needed assistance getting up. The female was checked by the Peapack-Gladstone Rescue Squad and refused medical treatment.

Thursday 11/10/16 1:43 PM - Police responded to the area of Willow Avenue for a juvenile complaint. A witness saw two juveniles take balloons from a sign and walk off with them. Ofc. Adam Caruso located the juveniles who were still in possession of the balloons. The balloons were returned to the owner and the juveniles were turned over to their parents.

Friday 11/11/16 6:53 AM - Police along with the Peapack-Gladstone First Aid & Rescue Squad responded to a Gladstone residence for a report of a female who was bleeding. Police monitored the victim until the arrival of the First Aid Squad. The female was transported to Morristown Medical Center for further evaluation.

Friday 11/11/16 4:10 PM - Police responded to a Peapack business for a report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash. The victim’s vehicle was parked in a parking lot. An unknown vehicle attempted to pull into an adjacent space and struck the victim’s vehicle. There was moderate damage to the victim’s vehicle.

Friday 11/11/16 5:05 PM - Police along with the Peapack-Gladstone First Aid & Rescue Squad responded to a Peapack business for a report of a 43 year old female with “cardiac” issues. Police monitored the victim until the arrival of the First Aid Squad. The female was transported to Morristown Medical Center for further evaluation.

Saturday 11/12/16 1:45 PM - Police reported that they stopped a vehicle on Rt. 206 for a motor vehicle violation. A check of the registration showed the owner of the vehicle had a warrant for her arrest. Ofc. Adam Caruso stopped the vehicle and identified the operator as the owner of the vehicle. Caruso subsequently arrest 31 year old female of Cliffwood Beach. The female was able to post the bail amount for the Hillsborough Twp Municipal Court. She was processed and released.
